I make technology more human.
For many years, I was a Visual and UI Designer. I truly enjoyed creating beautiful interfaces but there was something missing. In 2014, I expanded into UX Design to gain deep insights into what the people using the products I touched needed and were challenged by. By dialoguing with the user, I am able to deliver experiences that are not only beautiful but delightful, engaging, and easy to use.
"I met Natalie as part of our CoStar Design Monthly meetings and I was so lucky to have met her! Every month, teams across the entire CoStar design organization would come together to share ideas and talk about a new skill or even process change recommendation across our vast org. I was always impressed with Natalie's drive and passion about BizBuySell, and she proved that by constantly learning and pushing to make recommendations to deliver a stronger product and much better overall consumer experience. She was equally motivated to share her vast experience as a mentor by always volunteering to host our monthly sessions and talk about something new. I can recommend, without reservation, the talent and positive attitude of Natalie Hatter. She will be a huge asset to any team!"
Samira Bhandari"Natalie has a keen eye for design aesthetics always working well with spatial elements, color and tone. She has also been a tenacious advocate for the user experience and user research, never assuming what a user wants and always checking in to see if she met their needs. She also always brings fresh idea and visual treatments to help zero in on exactly what the business is needing and willing to pay for. She is a strong designer and user champion!"
John Hale"Natalie has consistently delivered high-quality, creative solutions that solve real problems for our users and advance the design of our business-for-sale websites. She takes initiative and works well collaboratively with the team to implement new processes and incorporate new ideas. In 2016 she also demonstrated leadership by delivering a seminar on UX Psychology, a presentation on User Testing, and by taking the lead as the primary point of contact for BizQuest design work."
